● Must be prepared to work weekends, evenings and public holidays

● Deputise for the Centre Manager, in their absence

Requirements
relevant experience of working with people with learning disabilities. - DESIRABLE
relevant experience in a management role . - ESSENTIAL
proven interpersonal skills and ability to maintain and promote good working relationships. ESSENTIAL
ability to relate to people with learning disabilities. ESSENTIAL
ability to present ideas both orally and in writing ESSENTIAL
ability to be able to construct assessment reports, reviews and Personal Care Plans ESSENTIAL
good IT skills ESSENTIAL
able to understand budgets ESSENTIAL
