- ● Deputise for the Centre Manager, in their absence

Requirements
- relevant experience of working with people with learning disabilities. - DESIRABLE
- relevant experience in a management role . - ESSENTIAL
- proven interpersonal skills and ability to maintain and promote good working relationships. ESSENTIAL
- ability to relate to people with learning disabilities. ESSENTIAL
- ability to present ideas both orally and in writing ESSENTIAL
- ability to be able to construct assessment reports, reviews and Personal Care Plans ESSENTIAL
- good IT skills ESSENTIAL
- able to understand budgets ESSENTIAL
