we are seeking an experienced, skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at Rand Farm Park on a part-time basis
financial Data Entry - Accurately record financial transactions including income, expenses, invoices, and payments into the accounting software
accounts reconciliation - Regularly reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
accounts Payable and Receivable - Manage accounts payable by processing supplier invoices, issuing payments, and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers
handle accounts receivable by generating customer invoices, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding balances
expense tracking - Monitor and categorize expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines. Provide insights on cost-saving opportunities
communication - Collaborate with colleagues, management, suppliers, and clients to address financial queries, resolve discrepancies, and provide financial information as needed
telephone enquiries – Answering enquiries regarding the farm parks attractions, opening times etc

Requirements
