present monthly and quarterly financial results to senior leadership, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities
manage the year-end financial closing process, including audit preparation and liaising with auditors to ensure compliance and transparency
lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6 finance professionals, ensuring performance, growth, and alignment with business objectives
provide strategic financial analysis, including identifying cost-saving opportunities, improving margins, and supporting decision-making across the business
oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports including management accounts, profit and loss, balance sheets, cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis
develop and maintain robust internal controls and processes to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks
manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure the business maintains adequate cash reserves
oversee banking relationships and implement efficient systems for managing payments, receipts, and financial transactions
