Responsibility

  • lead and manage the customer service department, ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds customer satisfaction goals
  • develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards to enhance service quality and efficiency
  • analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive customer loyalty
  • collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and ensure a seamless customer journey
  • provide regular reports and updates to senior management on customer service performance, key metrics, and customer satisfaction levels
  • train, mentor, and coach customer service representatives to improve their skills, product knowledge, and customer handling techniques
  • stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer service management

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • proven experience as a Customer Services Manager or in a similar customer service management role
  • in-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • strong leadership abilities and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • proficiency in using customer relationship management systems and customer service software
  • strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
