- rajyug Solutions, a leading data and AI company, is seeking a motivated and Talented HR Recruiter to join our team
- this position is completely target based and candidate is expected to complete the minimum 70% of given target

- conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract qualified candidates
- build and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for future positions
- conduct reference checks and background verifications as required
Requirements
- proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
- strong understanding of the recruitment process and sourcing techniques
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- ability to work independently and meet targets
- familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
- bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
