- deliver the highest standards of professionalism, safety awareness and customer services, promoting the same levels for ROG Teams by your actions
- with the Operational and support management functions, ensure teams have the requisite competence to deliver the train service plan
- support the implementation of any new or amended business via a robust task analysis and any required training identified
- at all times, be cognisant of and conversant with the duties of all Production and Operations Staff as prescribed in Company Standards, Policies and Procedures
- ensure the health, safety, welfare and mental health of self and all ROG Team members is recognised and taken into consideration at all times

Requirements
- member of Institute of Railway Operators
- internal Verifier
- L1 A1/D32 Assessor qualification or equivalent
- train the Trainer and Training experience
- rail Incident Officer
- high level of IT literacy
- railway Operations: 5 years
