Requirements
- A pass at ONC level, equivalent NVQ Level 3 or demonstrable alternative in a technical discipline
- comprehensive and in-depth technical understanding of the Electrical and Electronic systems/principles of products and systems that you will be working with
- must be able to demonstrate with supporting documentation that you have the skills required to fulfill this position
- ability to demonstrate a good working knowledge of networks and IP based systems to allow system configuration and fault finding
- A CRB check or similar check will be required as directed by the company policy and our client base
- as a team player, they will be highly motivated towards achieving both the Company’s and their own personal goals
- an electrical/electronic qualification equivalent to or above an NVQ level 3 or similar
- full clean driving license
Responsibility
- monthly reports on WiP and forecasts for senior management
- to provide technical assistance and training to other members of the team and customers as directed by the Company
- identify issues that lessen customer satisfaction and actively participate in their resolution and future prevention, while adhering to the company's policies and procedures
- be part of a standby rota to support all company products. The candidate will be expected to work on a 1 in 2 callout , plus some holiday and sickness cover
