Requirements

  • BSc or equivalent qualification on a scientific subject or significant experience in a similar role is desired but not crucial
  • proven willingness to attract, develop and retain the highest quality talent, including hiring strong talent for today and the future
  • knowledge and experience within the NHS
  • prior management experience
  • A full clean UK driving license with the ability to travel both nationally and internationally
