Requirements
- BSc or equivalent qualification on a scientific subject or significant experience in a similar role is desired but not crucial
- proven willingness to attract, develop and retain the highest quality talent, including hiring strong talent for today and the future
- knowledge and experience within the NHS
- prior management experience
- A full clean UK driving license with the ability to travel both nationally and internationally
