  • we are looking for a Kitchen Manager or an experienced Sous Chef looking to step up to join our team
  • we're a small business with three sandwich shops in Greater Manchester
  • the role benefits from being a day time role with no evening or nighttime work and a 40 hour working week
  • oversee the daily operations of the kitchen
  • maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • train and supervise kitchen staff
  • ensure that all food safety regulations are followed
