  • the successful candidate will report to Rachel Smoker the company Director. Initial duties will include assisting with contract review, maintaining client term sheets, preparing documentation bundles and general administration
  • we are looking for an organised individual able to help manage the workflow for a busy business and who is keen to have many opportunities to expand their knowledge and develop their career
  • experience in the financial industry or a financial law background is essential for this role. and we are not in a position to offer training contracts. The ideal candidate will have atleast 2 years relevent experience and be able to work in the UK
