- you will also work across different workstreams and ensure all decisions are made based on accurate future cost forecasts
- the Job Summary is to deliver de-risked, winning bids, well considered competitive and accurate nett prices, on time and to the highest quality
- this role is focused on preparing and winning the larger and more complex tenders for the business, managing robust and long-term relationships with clients and internal teams in line with the general strategy of the business
- undertake the production of tender submission documents, take the lead commercially, attend pre-tender and post tender interviews with both internal management and clients and attend internal adjudication and tender progress meetings
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- A degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or extensive experience
- minimum of 5 years industry experience
- awareness of and adherence to company policies and health and safety requirements
- excellent IT skills - proficient in Microsoft suite of programs
- estimating: 5 years
