production supervisor
Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- supervise production output in accordance with the installation schedule
- ensure quality is maintained
- escalate and demonstrate poor performance/behaviour of any individual to the Production Manager
- address poor performance/behaviour of any individuals outside of normal office hours
- where required be able to sit in on disciplinaries on the back of performance/behaviour issues that have highlighted
- undertake any other duties as directed
- manage and support the Customer Care aftersales materials and ensure that all items are completed and made available for the requested date and time
- opening up and locking down of site in a safe manner. Site security outside of normal office hours
Requirements
- knowledge of the end to end process of window and door fabrication
- knowledge of factory based Health & Safety regulations
- ability to interpret the installations board into daily output figures and stock requirements
- knowledge of each key process within the factory and the ability to train others
