- NVQ L3 Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent
- CSCS Card
- NVQ L2 Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent
- city & Guilds 2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerants FGas & ODS
Responsibility
- carry out installation work efficiently and in accordance with R&S systems, procedures and standards and to the current FGas Regulations
- R&S Building Services Engineers is a medium sized business established in 1988 providing mechanical and electrical services to a variety of clients many of whom are ‘Blue Chip’ companies
- as an Air Conditioning Engineer your daily tasks will involve maintenance, servicing, attending breakdowns and commissioning VRV's, VRF's, Splits, Multi Splits, DX Systems & Chillers
- as the majority of our sites are in the Gloucestershire area, the candidate must live within a commutable distance of this area
- in particular installation activities related to the installation of equipment such as D-X Units VRF and VRV Systems plus the equipment associated with these items e.g. ductwork and condensate drains
- undertake inspection, maintenance, testing, recovery and leakage checking of own and others work, completing and issuing of the necessary certification as required under R&S systems and FGas Regulations
- on small projects and tasks, you will be required to work on your own or paired with another R&S employee. On larger projects you will be working as part of a larger team
