- procuring quotations or estimates as required and obtaining approval from clients
- to work in a manner and in such a way that positively affects customer's perception and experience of Rushbrook and Rathbone Ltd at all times
- maintaining accurate case history logs and diaries
- the candidates roll will be to arrange and administer a the moving in process whilst ensure the deal is compliant with all laws and legislation from the point of the offer until the move in
- regular verification and updating of individual case files
- delivery of exceptional quality Customer Service in a high pressure environment
- to follow ARLA guidelines in the course of day to day duties
- liaising with colleagues, customers and contractors to ensure the move in’s happen as efficiently as possible
- support operations team to ensure all building services are delivered in accordance with all lease requirements, contractual obligations and good operating practices
- to ensure all files are compliant with law and legislation before allowing the move in to proceed
