  • read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • cut, shape, and bend metal using shears, saws, and other tools
  • operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
  • conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet standards
  • maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

  • experience in MotorSport Industry would be a benefit but not essential
  • proven experience in Mig/Tig and Aluminium Welding
  • able to work both indivually and part of a team to customer deadlines
  • proficient in using hand tools and power tools
  • valid driver's license preferred
  • knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques
  • ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
  • strong welding skills with the ability to weld various types of metals

cnc programmer

Responsibility

  • operate CNC milling with precision to manufacture parts according to specifications
  • set up tooling and fixtures for various machining operations, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy
  • utilise Alphacam for designing and modifying parts as required
  • assemble components using hand tools and ensure all parts meet quality standards
  • perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure operational efficiency
  • collaborate with engineers and production teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
  • conduct quality inspections using measuring instruments to verify dimensions of finished products
  • maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • proven experience as a CNC CAD Programmer Machinist in a manufacturing environment
  • strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read technical drawings and schematics
  • proficiency in using hand tools and operating machinery such as mills and lathes
  • basic maths skills for calculating measurements and tolerances accurately
  • excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work
  • ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
