Responsibility
- managing the delivery of cycle projects across the Humber including line management of project staff
- to work closely with the Senior Management Team in developing opportunities
- managing the delivery of retail and repair services at different sites throughout the organisation
- monitoring projects spend and budgets
- improving the public facing image of the workshop sites
- ensuring that staff have the correct training and instruction to provide the services required, including cycle mechanics and customer services
- ensuring systems of work are followed and quality is upheld
- building and developing increased revenue at the various public facing sites
