Requirements
- fully qualified, clinically experienced dental nurse with a GDC Registration
- experience in assisting with chair side support and customer services skill on reception
- experience in assisting with chair side support
- excellent organisational skills with an ability to multitask
- outstanding ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner with patients, staff members and the team as a whole
- proactive, reliable, flexible and self-motivated
- experience in conducting compliance, audits and staff training
- maintained surgeries and practice environment to HTM 01-05, CQC, NHS and dentistry compliance
Responsibility
- ensure that all clinical team members adhere to all legislation & regulation as well as company policies and procedures
- assist the practice manager in training, developing and performance in line with HR protocols. Working with and guiding the team to meet performance/CQC standards
- determine staff schedules and ensure operational standards are met
