Responsibility
- completing Subcontractor Prequalification Questionnaires
- understanding and breaking down works into phases as per client request
- meeting client tender package submission deadlines
- as a Trainee Estimator, you will be mentored by the current estimating team, and receive constant support throughout the role, to up-skill and learn all aspects directly involved in the Estimating and Tendering process, as well as gaining an understanding of Roofing practices from the construction process, to design of Roofing Systems and Health and Safety on a Construction Site
Requirements
- current and Valid Driving License
- no previous Construction/Roofing Experience is required for this role
- A Level Qualifications in Business / Maths or similar of Grade C and above
- good email etiquette
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- great organisational and time-management skills
- professional attitude towards work
