Responsibility

  • call targeted lists of potential clients across a variety of sectors
  • keep CRM up to date with all conversations, diarised calls and updated client information if applicable
  • continued liaison with Digital Marketing Executive and Business Development Manager on quality of data and conversations to continually improve strategy
  • promote the benefits of working with Qwerk with the aim of developing the relationship and progressing it through to the Business Development Manager

Requirements

  • ideally 2 years’ experience in telesales, preferably B2B and/ or 2 years’ experience in exhibition and event sales
  • A fantastic phone manner with the ability to establish a rapport quickly
  • super organised
  • persuasive, friendly and self-motivated
  • confident, tenacious and results driven
  • ability to effectively extract information that will allow us to adapt sales timeline
  • competent computer skills
  • experience using a CRM system
