keep CRM up to date with all conversations, diarised calls and updated client information if applicable
continued liaison with Digital Marketing Executive and Business Development Manager on quality of data and conversations to continually improve strategy
promote the benefits of working with Qwerk with the aim of developing the relationship and progressing it through to the Business Development Manager
Requirements
ideally 2 years’ experience in telesales, preferably B2B and/ or 2 years’ experience in exhibition and event sales
A fantastic phone manner with the ability to establish a rapport quickly
super organised
persuasive, friendly and self-motivated
confident, tenacious and results driven
ability to effectively extract information that will allow us to adapt sales timeline
competent computer skills
experience using a CRM system
