Responsibility
- project planning and control through developing, maintaining plans and managing the project deliverables
- provide day-to-day management of projects by leading the planning and implementation of projects during the project lifecycle
- continuously identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies during the project lifecycle
- continuously evaluate mitigation plans for risks and issues whilst escalating where necessary
- manage the change control process should the need arise
- ensure that the team complies with the Client’s internal policies and any relevant governance framework
- ensure milestones are delivered to agreed specifications
- work with key stakeholders to agree the scope, timeline, milestones and budget of projects and ensure that the project is running in accordance with the agreed plan
