Responsibility
- implement the QBSS 3-5 year strategy plan capable of adding sustainable, profitable year on year growth with QBs manufacturing capabilities
- in co-operation with the QBSS Director, NPD & QBSS team drive an Innovation agenda across the QBSS footprint
- provide analysis and insights on category opportunities, plan and execute the opportunity including post implementation analysis and ongoing financial performance
- develop product pipeline for all QBSS-led own label brands, owning proposition development and packaging from concept to launch

- capture knowledge, data and insight into trends, competitors, customer and consumer needs to ensure we proactively react to evolving market opportunities
