  • processing purchase invoices through Nav using DocCapture
  • reconcile supplier statements
  • book company travel and accommodation
  • monitoring the joint accounts inbox and ensure queries are responded to promptly
  • deal with supplier queries in a professional and timely manner
  • liaise with internal departments regarding invoice authorisation
  • ensure a professional approach is always delivered with particular emphasis on maintaining confidentiality

Requirements

  • previous experience with purchase ledger is essential
  • this role requires a high attentional to detail and knowledge of the Microsoft suite
  • detailed thinking, checking for data accuracy
  • ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • previous experience with Microsoft Nav would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given
