supporting annual HR activities such as pay review and bonus
working closely with internal stakeholders on a daily basis
play a proactive role in the delivery of a responsive Human Resources provision, including support for ad hoc projects and initiatives
be a visible HR presence, promoting effective communication, and coaching and mentoring line management to deal effectively with ER issues including absence management, performance management, etc
support the maintenance of all HR policies and procedures as required to reflect the changing workplace and legislative environment
technical & Educational Requirements
degree and CIPD qualified, or equivalent experience within HR roles
industry experience within Pharmaceuticals / Life Sciences / Biotechnology is essential
sound knowledge of UK employment law and developments in the field
