Requirements

  • cell Therapy GMP manufacturing experience, incl. scheduling
  • resource planning, recruitment and development of staff
  • BSc, MSc or PhD in Life Sciences or an engineering related field - ideally Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
  • working knowledge of clinical manufacturing
  • previous experience of managing manufacturing operations for clinical trials
  • relevant GMP cell culture manufacturing experience
  • managing various stakeholders' expectations and set expectations for timely delivery, incl. milestones and deadlines
  • deep expertise in process trouble-shooting, incl. Root Cause Analysis, and relevant tools
