Responsibility
- supporting young people to develop independent living skills and prepare them for the transition to adulthood
- this is achieved through structured sessions focused on developing activities of daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting and independence skills
- escort young people when attending important appointments e.g GP Registration, Job Centre and helping them with understanding their immigration process

- contribute to pathway plans with young people
- we are looking for a senior support worker who will be able to assist our young persons with developing basic independence life skills
- to comply with Quantum Healthcare’s rules, policies and procedures
- staff are involved in promoting educational, training and employment needs of young people, actively and setting out strategies to help achieve them
- to ensure that young people facing crisis are offered appropriate support by helping them to develop coping strategies to deal with difficult sessions
- completion of daily reports, key work sessions, care plans, incident reports, and emails to track how the young people in your care are progressing
