- deliver treatments with professionalism, ensuring the best possible customer experience
- meet and exceed sales targets, actively promoting and upselling products and services
- maintain a professional appearance at all times while working in the clinic
- ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld in all areas of the salon
- provide exceptional customer care and service, maintaining a professional manner with clients
- assist with reception duties when required
- adhere to all protocols and procedures throughout the day
Requirements
- NVQ in beauty therapy or equivalent certifications such as ITEC/CIBTEC/CIDESCO in beauty therapy
- all therapists must hold relevant certified qualifications for the treatments they perform
- excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- ideally, a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Beauty Therapist, although not essential
- strong sales skills and the ability to meet targets
- positive attitude and a team player mentality
- attention to detail and a caring approach towards clients
- possess a positive and friendly personality
