account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing freetrade customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.• New Business Development: Identify and target potential new customers, building strong relationships to expand our freetrade footprint.• Customer Reactivation: Re-engage lapsed accounts, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions to reignite partnerships.• Sales Strategy: Work closely with the Head of Sales to execute targeted sales campaigns aligned with company objectives.• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and regional opportunities to inform strategic decisions.• Collaboration: Work with the brewing and marketing teams to influence new beer designs, names, and styles based on customer feedback and market insights.• Reporting: Provide regular sales updates, including progress against targets, customer feedback, and market insights.• Event Support: Represent Quantock Brewery at trade shows, festivals, and taproom events to promote our brand and build relationships
