- QRC provides supported accommodation and residential services for people with a range of disabilities at a number of locations in the Eastbourne, Bexhill, Ninfield, St Leonards on Sea and Horam areas of East Sussex
- we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic senior support worker who will work with and lead a staff team supporting service users at a 5 bed supported accommodation service located in the Meads area of Eastbourne
- we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic senior support worker who will work with and lead a staff team supporting service users at a 6 bed supported accommodation service located in St Leonards on Sea
- as a senior support worker you will be a key member of our team, providing high standards of person-centred support and care to our service users
- through a creative and caring approach, you will build good relationships with both service users and their families, supporting service users in the planning of goals and in living as independently as possible
