Responsibility
- to maintain skills and knowledge and ensure that care is delivered according to latest guidelines and best practice evidence available
- advertise, Recruit and Supervise care staff through formal supervision processes
- to induct and support staff in accordance with the companies’ policies and procedures
- to report complaints and concerns
- to ensure all issues relating to the safeguarding of vulnerable adults are reported according to the policies and procedures
- reviewing Care Plans
- you will handover daily activities to the Registered Manager before the end of your shift
- to monitor the performance of Carers, ensuring that all tasks are satisfactorily completed
Requirements
- will take responsibility for issues and resolve them
- lives within 30mile radius of the office -TS27 4SU to enable quick response to clients when on call
- ability to drive and owns a car, mileage will be paid from client to client
- maintain skills and keep up to date with clinical developments and best practice in areas relevant to care delivery
- experience of working with older people, those with learning disabilities and mental Health
- be aware of company policies and procedures and ensure requirements are incorporated into practice
- to attend all statutory and mandatory training as required by the Company to fulfil your duties
