Responsibility
- hillside Care Home in Liverpool are currently seeking an experienced, dedicated and compassionate Clinical Lead with strong leadership qualities
- at Qualia Care, our primary concern is for the health and wellbeing of our residents
- with this in mind, we are limiting visitors to our homes to essential personnel only
- we are still welcoming new residents but have adapted the way we work to ensure we are following government guidance
- you will lead the Nursing team and support the Registered Manager in the delivery of excellent Nursing and personal care and contribute to the efficient running of the Nursing Care Home
- our Nurses collaborate with our Specialist Healthcare Assistants and if you are interested in supervising and mentoring staff to obtain new skills, this is the position for you
- as ever our friendly teams at each of our care homes are always happy to help and we invite you to get in touch
Requirements
- A registered nurse with an active NMC Pin number
- able to demonstrate post registration experience
- excellent communicator
- demonstrate a passion for delivering high quality clinical care
- have a genuine interest in the client group
- previous experience in private care preferred but not essential
