- CSCS card would be beneficial but not essential as this can be arranged
- specific experience is not required - attitude and willingness to learn is more important. General construction experience would be beneficial
- ability to use general hand and power tools would be beneficial
- must be willing to travel as the job will involve travel to sites as necessary - company vans can usually be taken home overnight to enable travel direct to site
