- has comprehensive written and verbal skills, able to exchange complex technical information with team members and customers
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience working as part of a technical team in defence, commercial technologies or other applicable domain
- works effectively within multi-disciplinary teams, understanding other’s perspectives and asks questions to aid team understanding
- UK-SC clearance or be willing to undergo the vetting process
- experience in training systems and technologies
