  • contacting our Sub-contractors to obtain quotes, format quotes and submit to our clients
  • maintaining Health and Safety Records
  • day to day administrative duties such as scanning, checking emails, answering the phone etc
  • maintaining and updating various spreadsheets to ensure our service standards are met and improved
  • liaising via phone and email with Store/Practice managers to schedule in works/surveys etc
  • be comfortable in attending client’s premises from time to time
