- production printer installation and maintenance

- troubleshooting and repair of IT hardware
- troubleshooting and repair of retail equipment
- installation of technology kiosks, self-service technology & printers
Education
- good standard of secondary level education
- ideally have an IT or engineering qualification
- certification relating to Mechanical and Electrical/Electronics
Requirements
- the ideal candidate will be presentable, approachable and have a 'can do' attitude and a willingness to 'go the extra mile'
- the ideal candidate will be presentable, approachable and capable of communicating technical information in an informative way to non-technical users
- ability to communicate well with all levels of staff at client sites
- experience of fixing production printers and digital presses – Fujifilm, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Xerox, Sharp, Canon

- quickly build rapport and gain client confidence
- experience in the office equipment industry
