Requirements
- full Driving License
- good working knowledge of Grounds Maintenance and industry experience
- trailer/Towing Experience
- PA1 & PA6 Spraying qualifications
- CSCS Card preferred, but not essential
- health and Safety training preferred but not essential
- enthusiasm and drive to develop a career in the horticultural industry
- grounds Maintenance & Landscaping Occupations: 1 year
Responsibility
- provide a responsive and professional service to customers
- ensure PPE is worn at all times and H&S is adhered to
- the Grounds Maintenance Operative reports to the Grounds Maintenance Team Leader and is responsible for being part of a team to ensure delivering best performance & quality of workmanship on all ground’s maintenance works from start to finish on site
- carry out all duties in a manner and style that reflects the Company's values and respects all employees and customers
- the post is based at our Farnborough depot but working from other company locations may be required for extended periods to meet the needs of the business
- delivering a high quality of workmanship covering all aspects of Grounds Maintenance on sites , and ensuring all contracted KPI’s are met
- lead by example to all employees, valuing the contribution made by each member of the team
- carrying out all works in accordance with company Health, Safety & Environmental policies & procedures; as well as contract-specific Job Sheets, Risk Assessments and Method Statements
