Secretary/Accounts ClerkJob DescriptionSecretary/Accounts Clerk for our new plastic processing plant in Bilston.QualificationsMust have previous secretarial and accounts experience in a similar roll. Must have good communication skills. Must have experience using Zero or Sage and an all-round knowledge of Microsoft Office Software. Qualifications and experience will be taken into consideration for this roll.Duties and responsibilities1. Procedure of Daily duties· Answer Telephones· Collect Mail, sort and allocate· Typing of professional documents· Photocopying· Stock Inventory· Meet and Greet customers at counter· Prepare Quotation and Sales Invoices· Send and check emails and reply· Maintain customer and supplier credit account and update· Maintain incoming and outgoing goods records· Job Responsibilities· Represent the Company as the first point of contact.· Reporting to the Directors, will directly control all office duties.· Responsible for the overall organisation of secretarial and accounts functions within the company.· Deal with Customers and Suppliers· Follow up and chase payments· Assist in Stocktaking & recording· Assist in ISO Audits· Keep and order stock of stationary, kitchen and washroom requirements.Salary (£21,000pa)SalarySalary: £21,100 per annum, Wages will be paid monthly.Work: 40 hours work each week including weekends and bank holidays.Break: Half hours break during lunch time. 20min break in the morning and 20min in afternoon.Holidays: 28 days paid holidays per annumOvertime: Any overtime will be paid by ho
