Responsibility

  • we are currently seeking an experienced account handler to join our dynamic team at our Nottingham site
  • serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their requirements are understood and met efficiently
  • manage and maintain customer relationships, addressing any concerns or queries promptly and professionally
  • coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to customer specifications
  • collaborate with external suppliers to source materials and services, ensuring quality standards are met
  • monitor project progress and communicate updates to customers, proactively addressing any potential issues
  • pyramid Press, a leading print company with sites across the East Midlands, specialising in B1 and B2 litho printing, digital print, and comprehensive finishing services
  • strive to deliver exceptional customer service by understanding their unique needs and offering suitable solutions

Requirements

  • previous experience in the print industry is essential
  • strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
  • familiarity with a Management Information System is advantageous but not mandatory
  • print knowledge: 2 years
