serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their requirements are understood and met efficiently
manage and maintain customer relationships, addressing any concerns or queries promptly and professionally
coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to customer specifications
collaborate with external suppliers to source materials and services, ensuring quality standards are met
monitor project progress and communicate updates to customers, proactively addressing any potential issues
pyramid Press, a leading print company with sites across the East Midlands, specialising in B1 and B2 litho printing, digital print, and comprehensive finishing services
strive to deliver exceptional customer service by understanding their unique needs and offering suitable solutions
Requirements
previous experience in the print industry is essential
strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
familiarity with a Management Information System is advantageous but not mandatory
print knowledge: 2 years
