• we are currently looking to recruit a permanent Sales/Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our business, which is based in Mansfield
• sales Ledger responsibilities
• raise all weekly and monthly sales invoices, ensuring that all works have been completed

• sending regular debtor statements
• monitor and reconcile the debtor’s ledger ensuring all overdue amounts are identified and are chased accordingly
• resolution of queries relating to orders and invoices
• create new supplier accounts ensuring all relevant information is entered accurately on the record sheets
• monitoring and updating KPI’s
