- we are currently looking to recruit a permanent Sales/Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our business, which is based in Mansfield
- sales Ledger responsibilities
- raise all weekly and monthly sales invoices, ensuring that all works have been completed
- PW Process Ltd is a family-owned business which has gained nationwide respect for our ability to provide installation, design change, commissioning and planned preventative maintenance solutions to the pipework and process industries
- sending regular debtor statements
- monitor and reconcile the debtor’s ledger ensuring all overdue amounts are identified and are chased accordingly
- resolution of queries relating to orders and invoices
- create new supplier accounts ensuring all relevant information is entered accurately on the record sheets
