Responsibility
- create and curate wide choice of content that supports the social campaigns
- measure and report performance across digital marketing campaigns, and assess against wider business goals
- support the manager in research and reporting on trends to refine campaigns that optimise spend and performance
- plan and execute timely digital marketing campaigns across social media channels to increase reach and brand awareness in line with the wider teams and business KPI’s/OKR’s
- basic web design to upload and our current site - knowledge of Wordpress and Webflow an advantage
- support in the analysis of competitor activity and customer engagement to recommend improvements and increase performance
- working experience of Hubspot and running campaigns to existing databases - overseeing monthly email campaigns in line with the marketing strategy - building out workflows/lead scoring/generating sales leads
- fluent in digital design with a natural flair and ability to be creative
