Responsibility
produce regular statistical reports on HR Key Performance Indicators to People Team Director
provide administrative support for the HRIS/Learning Management System to ensure all staff can access appropriate learning opportunities and maintain an accurate record of training and skills
ensure the system accurately reflects current employment conditions and details and is regularly updated
conduct housekeeping meetings with new starters where appropriate and liaise with line managers to ensure they know their responsibility in the process
ensure all mandatory training is completed, and provide advice, support and guidance to new starters about training and development opportunities
act as first-line contact for all employees and junior management about HR queries regarding policy and procedure and employee relations
