Requirements
- able to assist customers remotely using Teams or Team viewer and similar support platforms
- experience repairing electrical faults on office peripherals / photocopiers / MFDs / PPD Production Print
- excellent communication skills
- ideally with sound knowledge of IT / Networking
- ideally Full UK Drivers Licence
- knowledge of solutions will be an advantage
- experience within the office equipment industry as a photocopier engineer
- ideally Manufacture trained
