- purple Rock Logistics Ltd is a fast-growing Finished Vehicle Logistics company providing Nationwide Vehicle distribution, vehicle storage, vehicle preparation & enhancement
- answer incoming calls
- keep the team up to date with Lead-times and targets
- our clients from Vehicle manufacturers, retailers, fleet, and rental companies trust us to ensure all their vehicles are stored, prepared, and delivered meeting their high standards and lead-times
- support the transport team ensuring all vehicle deliveries are carried out within Lead-time and all live feeds are correct
- where required ensure invoices are raised timely & accurately to ensure our clients can manage their payment processes without delay
- always maintain a professional image while addressing our customers and other team members in a courteous manner
- manage the stock inventory including but not limited to booking out vehicles from site, ensure all documentation for vehicles is processed correctly throughout the cycle of its time under our control
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
- transport Administration: 2 years
- administrative experience: 3 years
