Responsibility

  • must be competent using Xero accounting system
  • responsible for all areas of sales ledger
  • responsible for all areas of the purchase ledger
  • bank reconciliation to monthly balance
  • prepare monthly payroll
  • preparing supplier payments by bacs
  • preparing the monthly accounts to trial balance for our external accountant
  • liaising with suppliers and clients where necessary

Requirements

  • accounting: 2 years
  • bookkeeping: 2 years
