Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- ensure all procedures relating to health, safety and hygiene are followed at all times
- assist with the ordering of stock, takings and petty cash expenditure. Ensure sufficient change is available
- support Public House Operations Manager with banking including ensuring banking procedures are followed at the end of every shift
- action cellar management procedures including cleaning the beer lines and emptying casks and kegs after every change
- hands on support for team members as and when required
- responsibility and supervision of team members for overseeing all aspects of preparing the quality of and serving of food during your shift
- ensure the highest standard of housekeeping in the facility is maintained at all times
- ensure adequate staffing levels during the shift you are responsible for. Adjust and manage staffing levels in accordance with business needs during shift
Requirements
- be passionate about great customer service and satisfaction

- be a great team leader and motivator
- possess excellent communication skills
- be organised and able to prioritise with the aim of ensuring high standards are maintained at all times
- previous experience of supervising a team is an advantage but not essential
