Responsibility
evaluating, prioritising and resolving support requests from clients by phone and email
occasionally attending clients’ premises to assist the projects team, or to provide hands-on technical support where attendance in person is unavoidable
routine customer-facing tasks such as backup checks and system reviews
regular and one-off internal or client-facing tasks, to improve efficiency and service quality
documentation for both client and internal systems and processes
Requirements
A great work ethic and high standards
familiar with Apple hardware and software including macOS and iOS
ability to prioritise and multitask to deliver superb response times
good familiarity with one or more common cloud business platforms such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
ability to explain technical concepts with accessible, simple language
willing to take on responsibility and work proactively
experience installing and troubleshooting common office peripherals like printers, scanners and VoIP handsets
able to work flexibly to accommodate clients' needs, sometimes out-of-hours
