Responsibility
develop and manage a Maintenance Plan that provides a comprehensive schedule of pro-active inspection and maintenance
the role is very varied and will require someone with excellent multitasking skills, ability to prioritise tasks and have excellent customer service skills
actively engage in training and other opportunities to learn and develop new skills and knowledge
ensure that we provide an excellent maintenance service within the resources available, through effective planning and organisation
ensure that any significant risks relating to maintenance activities are identified and managed effectively
ensure that the maintenance team and approved contractors provide a responsive, efficient and effective service to our services, based upon appropriate prioritisation of tasks and potential risks
develop and manage a list of approved contractors, engage other external contractors when appropriate and ensure they carry out work safely and to a satisfactory standard
take a leading role in organising and planning the activities of the department, under the overall direction of the Head of Finance & Resources/CEO
