Responsibility
- accuracy; Either when picking and packing a high volume of orders or when bagging on the production line
- supply and input accurate data to the in-house stock control system in a timely manner to enable full traceability
- achieve and endeavour to exceed daily KPI targets
- monitor product quality, highlighting non conformance and taking appropriate corrective action
- operate equipment and light machinery, carrying out routine basic maintenance
- maintaining standards and looking to constantly improve
- work with Key Operators to carry out start up procedures, ensuring good manufacturing, housekeeping, hygiene, and health and safety standards throughout production
