Working together means that we amplify the strengths of each individual component.Unity Health Group is stronger together.Role Summary:As a senior member of Unity Health Group (UHG) management team, the post holder will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality assurance and governance frameworks for all Group activity:To lead on quality within UHG and support strategic roles in relation to quality assurance of commissioned and provided services through delivery of a quality and assurance framework.To work closely with the Group Directors, and senior staff to develop clinical and information governance and risk management processes in line with legal and regulatory requirements and acknowledged best practice.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and co-ordinate good governance practice within UHG.Work with all services to ensure there is a common agenda on governance and quality and maintain strong service improvement.Provide advice on issues of governance and quality.To manage the delivery of clinical outcome data and the analysis and publication of data, providing updates to group level.Delivery of key performance quality objectives through the provision of information,reports.Supporting the Clinical and Operational Leads to deliver high quality, safe and effective services.To lead and support the Group to operate within the requirements of current data protection legislation.
