- full-time
Responsibility
- process all direct sales and create invoices using Sage Version 50
- work with the web site platforms to review processes and set up promotional periods
- inbound customer service/office calls - Respond to customer enquiries received within agreed period. Direct contacts to appropriate personnel
- ensure all stock is recorded and signed back into dispatch warehouse
- record all other incoming deliveries and parcels and distribute to the relevant office
- order tracking - Where necessary review the web sale dispatches to ensure all consignments are delivered. Manage through to completion including proactive customer service and report back to business on delivery issues/failures/damages
- inbound deliveries – Assist with booking in APC returns that arrive at Childhay via the courier and keep a log of the customer details
- some outbound sales calls will be required from time to time
