The role As an Accounts Payable Manager at Pure Electric, you will be processing and payment of purchase invoices, including ensuring appropriate invoices for all costs that are saved in the correct location, coded to right nominal code, and paid in line with payment terms. You’ll be accountable for the accurate, timely and efficient processing of key transactional activities so it's critical that you're organised and practical. What you'll do Reconciliation of supplier statements and General Ledger maintenance to monthly deadlines. Communicate any invoice queries to the relevant department and ensure that queries are conveyed to the suppliers as soon as possible. Continuous improvement in processes, driving efficiency and ensuring data integrity, documenting when changes are made or implemented. Play an integral role in building the culture of growth, ambition and customer delight, leading by example, addressing issues and poor behavior and giving constructive, motivating and supportive feedback to those in your team as well as the wider team and your peers. Proactively stepping out of your role if there is something you notice that could be improved. What you'll bring Great all-round accountancy skills, including financial accounting, management accounting & commercial finance, preferably ACCA/ CIMA qualified/ part-qualified. Comfortable working with large datasets and are comfortable with manipulating data, working with pivot tables, and using most forms of Excel formulae to a high level. You are happy in a fluid working environment and are adept at working on multiple tasks, prioritising when necessary.
