- implementing the training and development agenda through the identification of training needs of all employees
- dealing with payroll queries
- manage talent and succession planning by taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns
- revise current reward packages to ensure employees are rewarded through effective competitive company benefits
Requirements
- CIPD - Member preferred level 7 or equivalent experience
- working as HR lead or No 2 for minimum 2 years
- good commercial awareness Skills
- able to communicate at all levels from Director level right down to warehouse operatives
